Rutherford College is looking for a Registered Nurse with a current APC and driver's licence to work in our Student Health Clinic five days per week term time only. The successful applicant should have an interest in adolescent health issues and a proven ability to relate well to teenagers from all walks of life. This position calls for initiative, great organisation, excellent written and oral skills, a friendly disposition and the ability to multi-task. You will be able to respond to a multitude of different scenarios, from serious incidents to the more routine day to day matters. This is a permanent position starting 12 August 2024 but this date can be negotiatable for the right candidate.
The hours are 8.00am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday during school term time only. Full job description available on request. Remuneration is as per the Support Staff in Schools' Collective Agreement and dependent on skills and experience.
