Sport and Coaching Leader
Rutherford College requires an experienced Teacher/Coach with ability to lead coach and player development in the school.
Improving and enhancing skill levels across all year levels for identified priority sporting codes is the goal.
The successful candidate will have proven coaching expertise and the ability to lead and manage the development of curriculum to support and improve performance outcomes.
This is a unique opportunity to balance teaching alongside your passion for sport. As this role includes a substantial amount of administration, excellent organisational and time management skills are required.
This is a great position to showcase your initiative and leadership skills with some flexibility in how the role evolves over time.

Ideally a start date in January 2025 would suit the school, however we are willing to negotiate a suitable start date and contract for the right person.
