Performing Arts at Te Atatū Intermediate Expo

Dance, Drama and Music students showed year 8 ākonga what we do in the performing arts at Rutherford College.

The performances were part of the Expo at Te Atatū Intermediate School. Year Dance 11 students shared Whanaungatanga sequences they choreographed for NCEA Level 1. Year 10 Dance students performed a collaboration with Ms Turner to show folding and air pathways.  Intermediate students also enjoyed a saxophone trio and Scholarship Drama monologue. Our Cultural and Sports prefects showcased extra-curricular opportunities, Mr Moore gave a taste of Rutherford tīkanga and a year 9 panel answered questions from year 8s.
