Book week 2023

During book week there were several activities in Info Coms for all students to take part in. A Scavenger hunt lead students around the library using researching skills. Other activities included “match the stars with their favorite childhood book”, “Guess the number of pages in a stack of books”, Uber read packs, black out poetry, word finds and crosswords. To encourage reading " Caught reading tickets" were handed out by staff all week and  for issuing a library book there was a draw to win a gift card. 

During the week pre-loved books that were donated will be sent to schools affected by the flooding earlier in the year. House points were awarded for these. Thank you to everyone that supported this cause and took part in Book Week
