Its difficult maintaining the self-discipline to keep fit.

  • Choose your difficult.

It's difficult when you are always running late and being disorganized.

It’s difficult always being punctual and sticking to your plan.

  • Choose your difficult.

It’s difficult to explain your way out of a bad situation you have behaved your way into.

It’s difficult to always do the right thing regardless of who is watching.

  • Choose your difficult.

It’s difficult to hit deadlines when you are an expert at procrastination.

It’s difficult to stay true to the promise you made to yourself when you wrote down your goals.

Derived Grade Exams

Students in year 11-13 will be involved in derived grade exams from 17-24 September. During this time they will be on study leave unless they are attending an exam. To make the most of this time they can make use of the Rutherford Study Site which has useful resources on how to get the best out of study time. You can view the Timetable for Exams here. These exams are important because if for any reason students are sick or cannot make it to the external exams at the end of the year, these grades will be used for their NCEA results.  During this exam time there is no change to classes for year 9 and 10 students. They are expected at school everyday.

Voting for Student Representative on the Board

Students are voting now for their future board representative. Contenders are:

  • Bindi Bhonsle
  • Om Hinge
  • Finn Wilson
  • Nico Curran
  • Cameron Deo

Voting closes on 16 September. Don't miss out on casting a vote. Go to SchoolBridge and click on Vote for student rep.
