Muriwai's Newest Lifeguard - Emma Tatt

Muriwai's Newest Lifeguard - Emma Tatt

Emma has recently passed her Bronze certificate

Following on from her success earlier in the year at the Surf Life Saving Nationals, Emma Tatt has recently passed her Bronze certificate and is now a Volunteer Lifeguard for Muriwai Surf Life Saving.

Holders of the Bronze Medallion award are recognised worldwide as having gained a minimum standard as a qualified lifesaver. The aim of the award is to develop the level of knowledge, judgement, technique, and physical ability required to carry out safe water rescues.

Surf-lifesaving is incredibly important to Emma, and we are sure the Muriwai community feel lucky to have someone so passionate and dedicated in their team. Congratulations Emma, you should be hugely proud of your achievement.
