Aquathon 2024 was held at St. Kentigern College

On Tuesday, March 12th, 5 students represented Rutherford at the Aquathon was held at St. Kentigern College. 

They displayed their impressive fitness as they participated in a challenging event, which comprised of a 500m open water swim followed by a 4km run. 

Amy Thomson and Amy Cosslett entered as a team and achieved the top Rutherford results of the day securing 4th place in the intermediate girl’s category, missing out on the podium by just 13 seconds. Despite the rain, the students maintained high spirits and enthusiasm throughout. The event provided them with a fun-filled half day, filled with memorable experiences and achievements.
